WyAEE is working with state environmental education associations in our region to develop a series of high quality, interactive, and online eeCourses for educators in Wyoming that will provide professional learning about a variety of environmental education topics.

These eeCourses are designed to provide educators with the knowledge, tools, and skills to more effectively deliver environmental education to students in a variety of settings and across the curriculum.  The courses are asynchronous, allowing educators the opportunity to complete the coursework at their own pace.

We want these courses to be the best they can be, so we’re sending a special invitation to you to become a pilot tester for the eeCourse: Climate Change Literacy. We will be pilot testing between November 27th, 2023, and January 22nd, 2024.  The course will take approximately 8-12 hours to complete.

Would you consider being a pilot tester?  BONUS! As a pilot tester, you will not only be able to take the course for free, but participating in this course will make your school/organization eligible to apply for a small grant of $500-$1500 to implement a project related to climate change education in your school or educational program. All pilot testers in Wyoming who complete the course and provide feedback will receive a $50 gift certificate for the Outdoor Learning Store.

If you are interested, please complete this application form by November 22, 2023.
